Introduction In Atlanta, some of my favorite dishes involve meat. This includes everything from a juicy hamburger at FIVE Bar and Grill to Mary Mac's Tea Room's chicken pot pie. However, I am always looking for alternatives to meat. Thankfully, the heart of Atlanta is full of great choices for those wanting to eat vegetarian. Below are my three favorite grilled vegetarian options in Atlanta, Georgia. Grilled Cauliflower Steaks Ingredients : 1 large head of cauliflower, stem removed 1/4 cup olive oil 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon paprika Instructions: Preheat grill to medium-high heat, about 375-400 degrees F. Cut the cauliflower into 1-inch thick "steaks." You should be able to get 4-5 steaks from 1 large head of cauliflower.
