Grilled Cauliflower Steaks Ingredients : 1 large head of cauliflower, stem removed 1/4 cup olive oil 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon paprika Instructions: Preheat grill to medium-high heat, about 375-400 degrees F.
